摘要
对臭氧在浆果类水果、仁果类水果、柑橘类水果、干果类、蔬菜及食用菌上的研究与应用进行了综述,同时也阐述了臭氧对于降低贮藏环境中乙烯、诱导果蔬抗性产生的作用,并提出了在实际生产中应用臭氧时应注意的问题。
This paper summarized the research and application of ozone in storage of berry,pome,citrus,dried fruits ,vegetable and edible fungus.At the same time,also described the effectiveness of ozone in reduction of ethylene in storage and induction of resistance of fruit and vegetable and proposed the notices for application of ozone in production.
