摘要
教学质量是临床医学教育的生命线。实行教学督导制度,是医学院依靠专家治学,提高临床教学质量的一条有效途径,也是提高管理水平的一项重要手段。督导组老教授、老专家通过随堂听课、跟踪查房、填写课堂教学效果与记录表,对临床教学理论和实践过程进行督导和评估,对强化教学意识、培养和提高中青年教师的教学水平、教学艺术,推动教学手段、方法的改革,提高教学质量起到了促进作用,并取得了一定成效。
The quality of teaching is the lifeline of clinical medicine education. Carrying out the teaching supervise system is not only an efficient means for Medical Colleges to advance the clinical teaching education's quality, but also an important method to improve the administrative level. The panel of experts supervises and evaluates the clinical teaching theory and practical process by taking part in classes and wards with students and filling in forms about teaching effect> which strengthens the teaching consciousness, forsters the teaching level, promotes the reform of the teaching ways and advances the teaching quality.
