骨髓间充质干细胞与基因治疗应用 被引量:9

摘要 干细胞是广泛存在于造血系统具有多种分化潜能和自我更新能力的细胞.近年来造血干细胞(HSC)的体外扩增及定向诱导分化、基因治疗都取得了重要进展,但对于造血以外组织干细胞的研究则起步较晚.
