摘要
市场经济体制下的新型劳动关系,动摇了原先学校管理者权威所依赖的“统治—服从”关系的根基。为克服学校因科层制规则而导致的组织缺陷,应在制定与实施体现工具合理性的规章制度过程中,以促成教职工认同管理者秉承的价值合理性为目标,以建立双方“合作—激励”关系为路径,将以指令和物质诱因为主的管理方式,转向注重能力构建和鼓励民主参与的管理方式,使学校管理者的权威形成与行使得到工具合理性与价值合理性的双重支撑。
The new-type labor relation under the circumstances of market economy system has weakened the basis of the traditional 'dominance-obedience' relation enjoyed by school administrators. To overcome the organizational defects suffered by schools, the formulation and implementation of rational school regulations and rules must be aimed at helping all teaching staff understand the rationality of school administrators' values by means of establishing the 'cooperation-encouragement' relation and changing the directive and material-inducing management mode into a capacity-emphasized and participation-encouraged management mode. In this way, the formation and use of school administrator's authority can enjoy the duel support of instrumental rationality and value rationality.
