摘要
杜甫诗句'朱门酒肉臭'的'臭'在释义上有多种说法,主要形成'臭气'说和'香气'说的对立。在赞同'腐烂变质'说的前提下,针对'香气'说者提出的两个重要质疑作出新的解释。一则认为'酒肉臭'是'酒败肉臭'的并言省文,因而不存在'酒可臭吗'的疑问;二则认为后世的'酒肉臭'确有应该理解为'香气'的,但属误解杜诗而产生的仿用,不宜反过来证明杜诗的'酒肉臭'也是'香气'。
There are many interpretations of the'stink'of Du Fu’s poet'the rich wine and meat stink',which mainly formed two opposed views of'stink'theory and'aroma'theory.On the premise of agreeing with the theory of'decay and metamorphosis',this paper offers new explanations for two important questions raised by the'aroma'proponents.For one thing,it is considered that the original text of'the wine and meat stink'is that'wine deteriorates and meat stinks',which is the ellipsis of parallel phrases.So there is no question of wine that will stink.For another,some scholars of later generations mistook Du Fu’s'rich wine and meat stink'for'aroma',and made a wrong reference.These examples shall not prove that Du Fu’s'rich wine and meat stink'is'aroma'.
