摘要
对高新技术园区竞争力做出准确的分析判断是提升其竞争优势的重要环节,也是政府管理部门把握其发展现状的科学依据.为此提出了高新技术园区竞争力的分析指标体系,并构建一个基于人工智能神经网络的专家系统,较好地解决了对高新技术园区的竞争力进行分析评估的问题.
To analyse the high-tech park's competence properly is the key to improve its competitive advantages and the scientific reference for government to master its development situation. The analysis index system is put forward and the expert system based on artificial neural network is established, so as to solve the evaluation problem of high-tech park's competence effectively.
