摘要
基于2006~2016年中国30个省份的面板数据,首先考察了家庭部门生活能源消费水平的空间相关性,再利用动态空间面板数据模型实证分析了技术进步对生活能源消费长期和短期的动态空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:中国省际生活能源消费存在显著的空间相关性;虽然技术进步和生活能源消费之间不存在环境库兹涅茨曲线关系,但是技术进步存在一定的回弹效应,且技术进步对经济地理相邻省份生活能源消费的空间溢出效应具有长期特性;居民生活能源消费具有显著的跨地区动态消费惯性。
Based on panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2016, the spatial correlation of household energy consumption level in household sector was investigated in this paper, and then the dynamic spatial panel data model was used to analyze the long-time and short-term dynamic spatial spillover effect of technological progress on domestic energy consumption. Results showed that there was a significant spatial correlation between domestic energy consumption in China. Although there was no environmental Kuznets curve relationship between technological progress and household energy consumption level, however, there was a springback effect in technological progress, and the spatial spillover effect of technological progress in neighboring provinces had long-term characteristics.Household energy consumption had significant cross-regional dynamic consumption inertia.
