摘要
采用GC/MS法测定了云南、河南、四川三个主要产地红花籽油的成分,并同已报道的新疆红花籽油的成分进行了比较,表明新疆红花籽的质量最好。为红花籽鉴别、质量标准以及资源开发提供了依据。
Fatty acids composition was determined from Safflower seed oil by saponification, methylation and GC/MS analysis from three major cultivation such as Yunnan, Sichuan and Henan, and compared with reported that cultivated in Xinjiang. Results showed that the quality of Safflower seed in Xinjiang was the best, and provided basis for the authentication quality control and development of Safflower seed.
