摘要
回转窑运行中由于轴线偏移 ,支承载荷分配不均导致托轮轴疲劳断裂。本文通过对回转窑托轮轴进行力学分析 ,导出支承系统各托轮轴疲劳损伤与轴线偏差的关系 ,从而根据轴线检测得出各托轮轴剩余疲劳寿命 ;以轴线偏差调整量为优化变量 ,各托轮轴中最小的剩余寿命最大为目标函数建立优化模型 ,结合现场实例进行支承系统等寿命优化调整研究。研究结果表明常规的调窑方法存在很大的盲目性 ,应用等寿命优化调整的方法必要、可行 ,能有效防止托轮轴疲劳断裂事故 ,为回转窑的维护与调整提供理论依据 。
Axis line deflection and asymmetric load distribution of the rotary kiln induce the cracking of supporting shaft frequently. By mechanical analyzing the shaft of supporting wheel, the relation between the axis line and fatigue fate of support system is derived. Accordingly, the remaining fate of supporting system can be obtained easily with axes measuring. To carry out the optimization, an optimization model must be set up. The quantity of axis line regulating is regarded as optimization variable. The minimum value of remaining fate between all supporting shafts of supporting system is defined as objective function. The practical regulating kiln example is given. The result indicates that the fanatic exists in routine regulation and the optimizing regulation for obtaining equal fatigue fate is required, which can effectively prevent the cracking of supporting shaft. That provides useful theory reference to maintain and regulate rotary kiln. It is also significant to guide practical production.
