摘要
心血管老化是人体生理状态下不可避免的。胰岛素样生长因子-1可通过胰岛素样生长因子-1受体等途径,抑制炎性细胞因子的表达、维持心肌细胞Ca^(2+)稳态并抑制心肌细胞凋亡来调节心血管老化过程。现对胰岛素样生长因子-1在心血管老化中的作用做一综述。
Cardiovascular aging is inevitable in human physiological state. Insulin-like growth factors-1 can regulate cardiovascular aging by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines,maintaining the homeostasis of cardiomyocyte Ca2+ and inhibiting apoptosis of cardiomyocytes through insulin-like growth factors-1 receptor. This paper explores the role of insulin-like growth factors-1 in cardiovascular aging.
