摘要
慢性心力衰竭是大多数心血管疾病的终末阶段,在慢性心力衰竭进展过程中,存在结构的重构,结构重构是形成慢性心力衰竭的主要基础,心肌纤维化是心脏重构的重要环节,心肌纤维化与慢性心力衰竭密切相关。骨形成蛋白和激活素的跨膜抑制剂可以负调节转化生长因子β家族信号传导抑制心肌纤维化达到保护心脏的作用,研究其对心肌纤维化后慢性心力衰竭的影响对患者有着重要意义,现就骨形成蛋白和激活素的跨膜抑制剂对心肌纤维化后慢性心力衰竭的影响机制进行简要综述。
Chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of most cardiovascular diseases. In the process of chronic heart failure,there is structural remodeling. Structural remodeling is the main basis for the formation of chronic heart failure. Myocardial fibrosis is an important part of cardiac remodeling,and myocardial fibrosis is closely related to chronic heart failure. Bone morphogenetic proteins and activin membrane-bound inhibitor can negatively regulate the role of transforming growth factor beta family signaling in inhibiting myocardial fibrosis to protect the heart. Studying its effect on chronic heart failure after myocardial fibrosis is of great significance to patients.This article briefly reviews the mechanism of bone morphogenetic proteins and activin membrane-bound inhibitor on chronic heart failure after myocardial fibrosis.
