摘要
为了指导岩石隧道掘进机(Tunnel Boring Machine,TBM)所用盘形滚刀(以下简称滚刀)的选型和装配,在合理分析滚刀实际受力与轴承变形特性的基础上,基于等效刚度法,将复杂轴承结构简化成弹簧阻尼质点系统,并提出了ANSYS环境下滚刀动力学有限元建模方法。通过算例计算,提取了滚刀前五阶模态参数,归纳了各阶模态的振型特征,并结合TBM标准线切割实验台上获得的滚刀垂直力载荷特征,分析了算例滚刀模态激发的可能性。最后,在不改变模型其他参数的前提下,分析了轴承等效刚度对滚刀模态参数的影响规律,并从轴承选用和轴向预紧力两个方面,给出了改进建议。研究结果表明,滚刀一阶固有频率随着轴承等效径向刚度的增加而增加,但受轴承等效轴向刚度影响较小;算例滚刀一阶固有频率较低,与特定工况下阶跃破碎周期接近,故易引发刀具共振;高阶模态较难激发。
In order to guide the selection and assembly processes of TBM disc cutters,on the basis of reasonably analyzing the actual loading conditions of a disc cutter,and the deformation characteristics of its bearings,the complex structure of bearings is skillfully simplified to the spring-damping-mass system by applying the equivalent stiffness method. The method to establish the dynamic finite element model of cutters in ANSYS is further discussed. Through an example analysis,the first five order modes of the experimental cutter are extracted and their related modal characteristics are summarized. Based on the load characteristics of vertical forces obtained from the given TBM standard linear cutting test bed,the possibility of modal excitation of the cutter is analyzed. Finally,without changing the other parameters of the model under the premise,a set of simulation experiments are carried out to find out the influence law of modal parameters by equivalent stiffness of bearings;suggestions for improvement are given from two aspects,namely bearing selection and axial preload. The results showed that the first-order natural frequency of the cutter increases with the equivalent radial stiffness of the bearings,but is less affected by the equivalent axial stiffness;the first order natural frequency of the cutter is relatively low and therefore it is too close to the step crushing cycle to cause the cutting tool resonance under a certain working condition;it is much more difficult to stimulate high-order modes of the cutter during the rockbreaking process.
