Design of Communication and Redundancy Management of Four-channel FlexRay Bus for Flight Control Computer in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

摘要 根据样例无人机(UAV)飞行控制计算机对内部通信能力的需求,从硬件冗余、故障检测、逻辑切换和系统恢复等方面提出了4通道FlexRay总线余度管理方案.按照FlexRay总线的通信与余度管理机制,实现了功能单元间的实时、可靠通信且总线通信故障后的处理时间小于30 ms.测试结果验证了设计的正确性和实用性,符合设计指标,可满足样例无人飞行控制计算机内部通信需求. Considering the requirements of internal communication capability of a flight control computer of a sample unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV),we propose a four-channel FlexRay bus redundancy management scheme,which focuses on the aspects of hardware redundancy,fault detection,logic switching,and system recovery. According to the communication and redundancy management mechanism on the designed FlexRay,real-time and reliable communication between functional units is realized,and the time to deal with communication error is less than 30 ms.Test results verify the correctness and practicality of the design in accordance with design specifications,and the design can meet the internal communication requirements of unmanned flight control computers.
