摘要
针对学术界由当前我国严重失业问题引发的关于我国当前经济发展模式的争论,提出我国应坚持“两条腿走路”——走“比较优势模式和科技优先模式并重”的发展道路,指出我国当前不存在重新选择经济发展战略模式的问题,只存在“两条腿”如何协调的问题,并对此进行了探讨。
To the discussion in the academic circles on our current strategic model in economic growth caused by secrious unemployment, this paper points out that we should stick to 'two-leg-walk' theory-laying equal stress on both 'Comparative advantage model' and 'science and technology priority model' . It also points out and discusses that athe problem in our country is not to reselect the strategic model in economic growth, but it is how to coordinate the 'two legs' .
