摘要
目的为了改善医疗纠纷现状,降低护理风险,营造一个正常有序的健康医疗环境,从而探讨有效防范和处理医疗护理纠纷的对策,杜绝差错事故的发生,减少护患纠纷,提高护理质量。方法通过从患者、医护人员、医疗环境等多方面的安全隐患的诱发因素进行分析,综合讨论,从而制定相应的防范对策。结果患者自身素质不高。对疾病的预期值过高、护理人员专业知识欠缺、操作技能不熟练和不规范、法律意识淡薄是护理风险发生的主要因素。结论加强护理人员的"三基"培训,提高业务素质,强化道德教育和法律意识培养良好慎独修养和沟通能力,是提高护理安全的保证。

Methods through the analysis of the predisposing factors of patients,medical staff,medical environment and other aspects of the security risks,the corresponding preventive measures were put forward. It is the main factor of the occurrence of nursing risk that the expected value of the disease is too high,the professional knowledge of nursing staff is not good,the operation skill is not skillful and non-standard,and the legal consciousness is weak. Conclusion nurses' basic training,improve service quality,strengthen the good communication ability and cautiousness cultivation and cultivation of moral education and legal consciousness,is to improve the nursing safety guarantee.
