摘要
目的探讨慢性支气管炎患者行止嗽散加减联合针灸治疗的效果,评定临床治疗价值。方法选入我院于2014年3月至2015年3月期间所收治的慢性支气管炎患者共60例,采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成实验组和参照组,每组各为30例。实验组患者行止嗽散联合针灸治疗,参照组则行常规药物治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的有效率。结果采用止嗽散加减联合针灸治疗的实验组其临床治疗总有效率优于参照组患者,组间对比差异性显著(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗满意度明显高于参照组患者,组间对比差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论对慢性支气管炎患者采用止嗽散加减联合针灸治疗,能够有效改善患者的临床不良反应,提高患者的治疗总有效率,这对于临床研究具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with chronic bronchitis and to evaluate the clinical value. Methods Sixty patients with chronic bronchitis were enrolled in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015,and were divided into experimental group and reference group by computer table method. Conclusion The treatment of chronic bronchitis patients with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment can effectively improve the clinical adverse reactions in patients and improve the total effective rate of treatment,which is of great significance for clinical research.
