亚低温与银杏达莫注射液联合应用于重型颅脑损伤患者手术治疗中的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析亚低温与银杏达莫注射液联合应用于重型颅脑损伤患者手术治疗中的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月-12月收治的68例重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(34)例与对照组(34例)。对照组行改良去大骨瓣减压术治疗,研究组基于改良去大骨瓣减压术行亚低温与银杏达莫注射液联合治疗;比较两组治疗前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、血清清蛋白(ALB)水平变化情况。结果治疗之前,两组SOD、MDA、ALB水平无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗之后的SOD、MDA、ALB水平更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚低温与银杏达莫注射液联合应用于重型颅脑损伤患者手术治疗中的效果显著,可进一步减轻颅脑损伤程度,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。 Objective To analyze the effect of mild hypothermia combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 68 cases of patients with severe head injury treated in our hospital from January 2016 to-12 were selected as the research object,and were divided into study group( n = 34) and control group( n = 34)according to different treatment methods. The control group underwent modified decompressive craniectomy treatment,study group modified decompressive craniectomy for mild hypothermia combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection based therapy; two groups were compared before and after treatment of superoxide dismutase( SOD),malondialdehyde( MDA),serum albumin( ALB) level changes. Results before treatment,the two groups had no statistical significance of SOD,MDA and ALB levels( P> 0. 05); compared with the control group,after treatment in the research group SOD,MDA,ALB level is better,the difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion the effect of mild hypothermia combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury is significant,which can further reduce the degree of brain injury,and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
