运用CT三维图像融合技术对小儿肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的血管关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用CT图像融合技术研究肾盂输尿管交界部梗阻与肾血管的解剖关系,为手术提供解剖学资料。方法回顾重组37例UPJO患儿泌尿系统CT影像,测量患侧及健侧肾脏肾盂输尿管连接部与腹侧及背侧肾血管的距离。结果 1.肾积水侧较健侧UPJ与上方肾血管的距离增大。2.重度肾积水较之轻中度肾积水,UPJ与上方肾血管的距离增大。3.健侧UPJ与内上方肾血管距离背侧大于腹侧。结论术前泌尿系统CT检查结合图像融合技术,可快捷、准确显示肾盂与肾血管的关系,为泌尿外科手术提供解剖依据。 Objective The purpose of this study was to study the anatomical relationship between ureteropelvic junction obstruction( UPJO) and renal vessels for clinic using CT Image fusion. Methods A total of 37 images of CT urography,Measurement of the distance between the ureteropelvic junction( UPJ) and the ventral and dorsal renal vessels in the patient and the healthy side of the kidney. Results 1. The distance between the UPJ and the upper renal vessels in UPJO side is longer than in healthy side. 2. The distance between UPJ and the upper renal vessels in severe hydronephrosis is longer than in mild and moderate hydronephrosis. 3. In healthy side,the distance between the UPJ and the upper renal vessels dorsal was longer than the ventral side. Conclusion The relationship between the renal pelvis and renal vessels can be displayed quickly and accurately by CT examination and image fusion,which provides an anatomical basis for the surgery
