摘要
在分析碳纤维复合材料铣削缺陷形成机理的基础上,提出将硬质合金立铣刀的上、下切削刃交错设计的思路并研制了新型立铣刀。通过与普通硬质合金立铣刀铣削碳纤维复合材料的对比试验,评价了新型交错刃硬质合金立铣刀的切削性能。结果表明,新型硬质合金交错刃立铣刀可有效抑制碳纤维复合材料加工缺陷的产生,提高工件的表面质量,延长立铣刀的使用寿命,适合碳纤维复合材料的铣削加工。
Based on the formation mechanism of milling defects of carbon fiber-reinforced composite,the idea was proposed of staggered upper and lower cutting edges of cemented carbide end mills,and a newtype end mill was designed.Experiments were carried out of milling carbon fiber-reinforced composite with the new-type staggered-edge end mill and a standard cemented carbide end mill,and then milling performance of the new-type end mill was evaluated.The results show that the new-type cemented carbide staggered-edge end mill is more suitable for milling of carbon fiber-reinforced composite with less milling defects,better machined surface quality and longer tool life.
