双孢蘑菇种内多态性的AFLP分析 被引量:17

摘要 对收集到的15株双孢蘑菇品种的种内多态性进行AFLP指纹图谱及相似性聚类分析。结果表明:供试双孢蘑菇品种的遗传相似性为79%,在相异系数为0 2时被聚为三群;但从AFLP指纹图谱看,每个双孢蘑菇品种都具有自己独特的AFLP指纹图谱。试验证明:虽然由于双孢蘑菇自身保守的次级同宗配合遗传方式以及长期野生种质资源的匮乏,造成其种内相似性程度较高,但是利用AFLP标记技术仍然能够揭示双孢蘑菇品种内的遗传多态性。 The interspecific diversity of 15 A.bisporus strains were analyzed by AFLP fingerprint technique.The results showed that all the A.bisporus strains were grouped together at 0.21 similar coefficient,and 3 groups were further divided at 0.20 similar coefficient,but each A.bisporus sample had its special AFLP patterns.The results indicated the interspecific genetic characters among A.bisporus species were very similar, due to conservative inheritance mode of secondary homothallism.AFLP fingerprint still could reveal the genetic variation of A.bisporus.AFLP fingerprint was proved to be a useful genetic marker to study the interspecific diversity of A.bisporus.
