琼脂糖生产工艺的革新研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提高本公司生产的琼脂糖的质量,使之能立足市场,找出了影响琼脂糖凝胶强度的症结所在,遂革新工艺。采用新工艺生产的琼脂糖,凝胶强度比原来提高了66 g/cm^2,生产周期缩短,产量翻了一番,成本下降。新产品的各项指标都能达到企业质量标准要求,与国内外同类产品相比,质量并不逊色,用户对该产品反映良好。
