摘要
本文采用快速原型法和面向对象设计结合的方法对黑龙江省林火信息管理与损失评估系统进行总体设计。基础地理信息平台采用北京地理研究所研制的组件式地理信息系统软件SuperMap2000,以黑龙江省1:50万和1:25万全要素地形图及部分1:5万林相图为基础地理信息数据,利用GIS强大的空间数据管理分析功能实现林火历史信息、防火信息、热点信息、林相信息的管理、森林火灾损失的计算、统计和分析工作。
This paper adopts the COM-GIS software, Supermap2000, which is researched by the Peking geographical research institute, to design Heilongjiang provincial information management and losses evaluation system of forest fire, meanwhile taking Heilongjiang provincial all-factor geographical map of 1:500000, 1:250000 and part of the forest appearance map of 1:50000 as basic geographic information. Its main method is Rapid Prototyping and Object-oriented design. By making full use of the strong space data management and analysis function of GIS, the system will realize the management function of forest fires history information, preventing fire information, the hotspot information, and the calculation, statistics and analysis function of forest losses.
