摘要
目的 建立己酮可可碱氯化钠注射液中己酮可可碱的测定方法。方法 色谱柱用HypersilBDSC18柱 (15 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ;流动相为甲醇 -水 (5 5∶4 5 ) ;检测波长 2 74nm ;流速 1.0ml·min-1;进样量 2 0 μl。结果 己酮可可碱在浓度 1.0~ 6 0μg .ml-1范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD =0 .4 % ,有关物质限量在 0 .75 %~ 2 .5 %内 ,自身对照主成分峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系。结论 所用方法专属性强 ,且简便、灵敏、准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determining pentoxifylline and its related substances in Pentoxifylline and Sodium chloride injection.METHODS A column packed with BDS C 18 was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water (55∶45) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1.The UV detection wavelength was of at 274 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.0 μg·ml -1 to 60.0 μg·ml -1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.8% with RSD of 0.4%.In the range of 0.75%-2.5%, the related substances has good linearity.CONCLUSION The method is selective,simple and accurate.
