摘要
现代企业的竞争优势已不仅仅体现在企业生产的产品本身或营销推广手段的运用。先进、周到的服务和良好的客户关系已成为企业制胜的关键。本文围绕 CRM 的经营理念对企业实施 CRM 进行了深入的分析,以期为企业尽快改变管理机制,转变陈旧观念,推动CRM 的实施起到一定的参考作用。
The competitive advantage of the modern business can not only embody the prod- uct itself which the enterprise produces or the application of marketing means,but also think that advancing and thoughtful service,as well as a good customer relationship have become the key factor which the enterprise wins in the competition.This article focus on the reason why the business should put the CRM into practice surrounded management principle,in order to play a role on how to change the management mechanlsm,change the old idea,push the CRM into practice as soon as possible.
