摘要 目的 建立一种理想的急性坏死性胰腺炎 (ANP)大鼠模型。方法 用 3 5%的牛磺胆酸钠 0 1ml/ 10 0g逆行注入SD大鼠胰胆管内诱导ANP模型 ,于造模后 15小时采集血和多脏器组织标本 ,测定血清淀粉酶含量 ,在光镜下观察多脏器的组织学改变。结果 模型组大鼠血清淀粉酶含量比对照组明显升高 ,并且多脏器出现了病理改变。结论 此大鼠模型可靠、简便、存活时间较长 ,伴有多脏器损害 。 ObjectiveTo establish a ideal experimental rat model of acute necrosis pancreatitis (ANP).MethodsANP model was induced in SD rats by injecting 3.5% sod i um taurocholate solution (0.1 ml/100 g) into the pancreatic duct system.Serum am ylase level was determined at the time of 15 hour after induction of ANP model,a nd pathological lesions of multiple organs were observed by light microscope. ResultsThe concentration of serum amylase in model group was sign ificantly higher than that in control group (P<0.001) and pathological chan ges appeared in multiple organs of model group.ConclusionsIt m ight be a handy,reliable,long-live model of ANP with multiple organ damages.
