摘要
研究了SNP对绿豆下胚轴插条生根的影响.结果表明,SNP促进下胚轴插条生根的最适浓度和最佳时间分别为300μmol·L-1和24h,最适浓度SNP对6d龄幼苗下胚轴插条生根促进效果最好,对下胚轴插条的生根促进效应显著大于其余插条.同时就SNP、IBA和NAA对不定根发生的影响进行了比较研究.
Effect of SNP on rooting of hypocotyl cutting from mung bean seedling was investigated. The results indicate that the optimum concentration and suitable treatment time of SNP for the rooting of hypocotyl cutting are 300 μmol·L^(-1) and 24 h respectively. SNP with optimum concentration shows the best effect on rooting of hypocotyls cutting of 6 days seedling. The effect of SNP on rooting of hypocotyl cutting are more significant than on rooting of other cutting. Some comparative researches on the effect of SNP, IBA and NAA on adventitious root generation have been done.
