摘要
本试验以20年生金冠苹果为试材,研究了不同负载量对叶水势、脱落酸和叶绿素水平季节变化的影响。结果表明,树体超负载时,叶水势在果实膨大期和采收之后明显降低;脱落酸水平,在整个生长季均高于正常负栽植株,采后升高尤为明显;叶绿素水平,在采收之后显著下降。超负载加速了叶的衰老和脱落。
Water potential, abscisic acid and chlorophyll were measured from Aprol to November in leaves from proper and heavy load branches of 20-year-old apple (M. pumila Mill. CV Golden Delicious/M. prunifolia Borkh) trees respectively. Heavy load branches showed significant dereases in leaf water potential during fruit dev- elopment (p<0. 1) and after barvest (p<0. 05). ABA level in leaves from heavy load branches were higher than that of control throughout the seasen (p<0. 05)and increased significently after harvest(p<0. 05). Higher level of chlerephyll in lea- ves was from proper load branches after harvest. Heavy load accelerated leaf sene- scence and abscission.
