摘要
本文报导了环己烷C_5H_(12)通过WO_3气敏材料后的付立叶红外光谱研究的结果。实验发现,当温度≥450℃时,WO_3加少量瓷粉对C_6H_(12)的敏感较为明显;而加入少量Pt,可使敏感温度降到150℃,此结果与同一材料制成的气敏元件的测试结果相符。文中还对C_6H_(12)在WO_3表面的吸附反应过程进行了讨论。
The measurement of the C6H12 (Cyclohexane) passing through WO3 gas sensitive materials using FT-IR spectrum was reported in this paper. The work showed that WO3 mixed with a little porcelain powder sensitive to C6H12 is more obvious when the temperature is higher than or at 450℃. But adding a little Pt could make sensitive temperature drop down to 150℃. This is coincident with the test by the gas sensor with same material as above. We also discussed the absorption reaction procedure of C6H12 on the surface of WO3.
