摘要
城市地质数据的数字化管理与服务是“数字城市”工程的重要内容 ,3 D GIS将在未来的城市数字化建设中扮演核心角色 .介绍了 3 D GIS的发展现状及应用前景 ,详细讨论了基于 3 D GIS构建的城市地质数据管理与服务系统的设计思路和结构功能 ,在分析城市三维地质数据多种建模方法的基础上 ,采用一种基于 TIN和 TEN的混合数据结构来构建城市三维地质数据建模系统 .另外 ,针对城市三维地质数据的特点 ,探讨了城市三维地质海量数据的采集与管理、城市三维地质数据信息的 Web发布等重要问题 。
Management and service of urban geological data is one of the most important tasks in the project of Digital City, and 3D GIS will play a significant role in promoting the digitization of cities. The status of 3D GIS theoretical research and the future of its application are introduced. A management and service system of urban geological data based on 3D GIS technique is designed. The details of the train of system design, the structure and functions are also discussed. Based on the review of current 3D geology modeling related to 3D geological data, a new data structure to describe the urban data is given. It is a kind of hybrid data structure based on TIN and TEN. For the characteristics and requirement of urban geological data, some basic problems met with in the carrying out of the system are further discussed, such as the data acquisition, management of very large-scale database, the broadcast of urban geological information through Web, etc. All about the feasible and complete way to the implementation of the system are presented.
