摘要
根据九江三期两台美国FOSTERWHEELER公司进口的1170t/h锅炉特点和DL/T794-2001《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》要求,利用省煤器再循环管和水冷壁下联箱排污管分别作为省煤器和水冷壁进水管,将FOSTERWHEELER公司提供的浸泡酸洗法改为循环酸洗法。整个化学清洗步骤为水冲洗→碱煮→排碱及水冲洗→盐酸循环酸洗→充氮排酸及水冲洗→碱煮中和→联氨循环钝化。化学清洗后的检查结果表明:锅炉内腐蚀产物已完全清洗干净,汽包和水冷壁表面形成了一层均匀的钢灰色钝化膜,酸洗平均腐蚀速率3.1g/(m2·h)、腐蚀总量21g/m2。
On the basis of the characteristics of two inlet 1170t/h boilers which are made in American FOSTER WHEELER Corporation for Jiujiang Third Period and the require of DL/T794-2001“chemical cleaning guide for steam power plant”,making the economizer recirculation pipe and the boiler waterwall drainage tube into the inlet-water pipe the dip acid cleaning method provided by FOSTER WHEELER Corporation is changed to a circulation cleaning way. The step of chemical cleaning is water rinse, alkaline boulout,drain alkaline and water rinse, hydrochloric acid circulation cleaning, filling nitrogen and water rinse, alkaline neutralization,hydrazine passivation. After the chemical cleaning the results indicates the corrosion cubstance in two boilers had be cleaned fully,the surface at the drum and waterwall has a piece of steel-gray passivation film,and the acid corrosion rate and amount is respectively about 3.1 g/m2·h and 21 g/m2.
