摘要
对圈养林蛙骨肉粉与野生林蛙骨肉粉的化学成分进行了比较分析。结果表明:圈养林蛙骨肉粉的Fe、Zn、Cu的含量分别较野生的高20.34%、13.64%和70.87%;野生样品中Mn的含量较圈养的高13.90%;圈养雄蛙E/N值较野生雄蛙高13.46%;圈养林蛙骨肉粉EE含量为9.615%,显著(P<0.05)高于野生样品中EE的含量(8.51%)。
In this study, chemical components of meat meal of Rana dybowskii were comparatively analyzed between wild forest frogs and pen fed ones. The results showed that the contents of Fe, Zn, Cu in pen fed samples were higher than those in the wild samples by 20.34%, 13.64%, and 70.87% respectively. The content of Mn in wild samples was 13.90% higher than that of pen fed samples. The index of E/N of male pen fed sample was 13.46% higher than that of the wild. The content of EE in pen fed sample was significantly higher than that of the wild.
