摘要
随着人类物质文明和精神文明的发展,目前国际房地产业开发建设已经进入了"数字化家园"时期,将建筑技术与电脑、通讯、控制等技术融为一体,开发建设高档次的智能化住宅、小区,使居民足不出户,便可享受到计算机、网络等高新技术带来的各种便利以及对小区的自动化管理,已成为当前国际房地产业开发建设的浩荡潮流。为了加快中国"数字化家园"的发展速度,我们应采取加大"数字化家园"的宣传力度,大力提高房地产开发商自身素质和房地产开发人员的技术水平,增加人民群众收入,政府参与促进"数字化家园"发展,合理规划、循序渐进等有效策略。
Now the international housing industry has been developing into the stage of digi residential quarters. The architectural technology has been combining with the computer, communication, and control together. The residents in the digi-quarters can enjoy the benefits of computers and internet without going out their houses. In order to fasten development of the digi- residential quarters in China, we should make it well-known to the public and meantime, make great efforts to enhance the skills and quality of those who are engaged in this line. The government can promote it by planning and other tactics such as step by step etc.
