摘要
利用微波介电加热和微波干燥条件下TiCl4直接水解的方法制备出平均尺寸为4 0nm ,粒径分布窄 ,均为球形且形态均一 ,团聚较少 ,金红石型的TiO2 纳米粒子 ,其内部晶粒平均大小为 17nm。而传统加热和干燥条件下形成的纳米微粒平均为 6 0nm ,粒经大小不均一 ,形态较不规则 ,团聚严重。微波加热和干燥方法具有清洁、快速均匀高效、环境友好的优点 ,推广前景良好。TiCl4水解法经济便利 ,适于工业化生产。
Thanks to the hydrolysis Of TiO 2 under the condition o f Microwave heating and drying,the Spherical rutile crystal TiO 2 particle,wit h an average size of 40nm is produced,which is narrowly-scattered and evenly-f ormed with little adhesion.The average grain size of its internal crystalline is 17nm.While the nanoscale particle made by traditional heating and drying is 60nm with an uneven distribution,irregular form and more adhesion.Since micr owave-heating and drying is a clean and fast way which is also effective and env ironment-friendly,if possesses a promising future.As a economic and facile meth od,Hydrolysis of TiCl 4 is suitable for industrial production.
