摘要
运用跨文化交际学在人际关系方面的理论,从东西方不同的文化理念,文化背景差异,民族性格差异,言语表达习惯差异及习惯交往方式差异等方面,对我国三资企业中中方职员与西方职员在工作及交往中产生的冲突和矛盾进行了阐释,以利于在三资企业中建立更加和谐的跨文化人际交往方式。
The text applies the theory of the cultural intercourse science on the aspect of the interpersonal relations and gives the explanations of the conflict and contradictions arising from the work and intercourse between the Chinese personnel and the Western personnel in the sole foreign - invested、 joint venture and cooperative enterprises in China from the aspects such as the different cultural ideas、 cultural background difference 、 the national character difference 、 verbal expression habitual difference and the habitual intercourse manner difference existing in the Oriental and Western countries etc., so it shall be beneficial for us to establish the more harmonious and coordinated cross - cultural interpersonal intercourse manners in the sole foreign - invested、 joint venture and cooperative enterprises in China.
