摘要
本文首先分析了国内外织机现有的送经控制系统,然后详细说明了本控制系统的原理、方案和软硬件构成。控制系统采用DSP(TMS320LF2407A)作为主控制器,由张力传感器实时测得经纱的张力,然后与设定值比较得到一偏差。根据这个偏差,通过控制器的智能模糊PID算法计算,形成闭环来控制织机的送经量,使织机织出符合要求的布。
The paper analysed current domestic and international electronic let-off control system of loom first. Then, the control principle, project, hardware and software of the electronic let-off control system of loom gived in this paper are described. DSP is the main controller in this control system. The control system gets the real-time tension by sensor and the warp by comparing to gived value. According to the warp, the control system gets the compensatory value to control let-off motor by Fuzzy-PID arithmetic. Therefore, the gived electronic let-off control system of loom is a real time closed loop system and can control value of let-off well.
