摘要
改革和发展刑侦工作,必须实现刑侦工作信息化;必须全力培育刑侦方面的专门性人才;必须始终着眼于犯罪情报资料、刑嫌调控、阵地控制等基础工作的互动和提高;必须依靠先进的科学技术;必须坚持严格执法、依法办案,制定和实行规范化的考核管理机制。
The reform and development of public security affairs must depend on the digital means, by which the model of investigation should be transformed according to the development of society and the change of crime. Meanwhile, many aspects concerned should be changed and developed, such as the specialization of the
investigators, the consolidation of fundamental work, the use of hi-tech techniques, the construction of legal
civilization and the regulations and rules concerned.
