含0.08%C的新型压力容器用钢热处理工艺及性能

摘要 研究了含0.08%C的新型压力容器用钢的热处理工艺及性能。结果表明该钢经960℃×1.5 h+630℃×1.5 h后,可获得最佳性能。σ0.2=630 MPa,σb=720 MPa,AKV=329.2 J。室温组织为铁素体及弥散的析出物。冲击断口呈以韧窝为主的韧性断裂。 In this paper, the heat treatment and properties of 0.08 %C new pressure vessel steel were studied. From the result, we can learn that expellent mechanical properties (σ0.2 = 630 MPa, σb = 720 MPa, AKV = 329.2 J) can be obtained when the steel was quenched and tempered at 960 ℃ , 630 ℃respectively. The microstructure at room temperature consists of ferrite and dispersion type precipitation. Dimple-like fracture appearance can be obtained.
