摘要
采用金相和扫描电镜等手段分析了20MnSi钢筋在力学性能检验中出现早期断裂的原因。结果表明,20MnSi钢筋断裂主要是由于该材质的显微组织未达到技术要求,加之钢材中组织存在缺陷所致。
This paper analyses the cause of early fracture of 20MnSi bars in tensile test by the methods of metallographic and scanning electron microscopes. The results show that the metallographic of the material does not fulfil the design requirements and the existence of a certain amount defect in the structure of the material are the main reasons for early fracture.
