摘要
本研究对油松种子园内118个无性系的球果量、雄球花量及花粉量、花期同步性进行观测调查,并对数据进行方差分析、聚类和秩次排序处理。结果表明:各无性系间球果量和雄球花量的差异显著,无性系内差异不显著。不同土壤条件与管理水平对球果量与雄球花量影响极显著,并筛选出球果量大、配子供量多的13、43、100号等16个优良无性系,将118个无性系分为4类,为种子园的留优去劣提供了依据。
Observation and investigation had been done on strobile, staminate flowers and flower season of 118 clones in clonal seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. According to variance analysis, clustering analysis and ordination method in and among clones, the results showed: the difference between quantity of strobile and staminate flowers is remarkable and there were no remarkable differences among clones.Different soil and management had remarkable influence on strobile and staminate flowers. 16 clones of No.13, No.43, No.100 and so on were chosen as good clones with large quantity of strobile and male gamete,118 clones were divided into 4 grades,providing basis for rouging of seed orchard.
