零电流开关准谐振SEPIC变换器的仿真设计 被引量:2

摘要 该文详细分析和设计了一种实现零电流软开关的全波模式下的准谐振SEPIC变换器 ,并利用Matlab6.5软件中的电力系统仿真模块 (SimPowerSystems)具有对非线性、刚性和非连续系统能够进行非常精确的仿真以及适合于对含有开关装置的电路进行仿真分析的优点 ,基于该模块建立此准谐振变换器的仿真模型 ,并在Matlab/Simulink软件包环境下对该模型进行仿真 ,仿真结果表明 ,该SEPIC变换器在零电流软开关状态下运行 ,提高了工作性能 ,与理论分析一致。 This paper presents analysis in detail and designs a Zero-Current-Switched Quasi-Resonant SEPIC converter in full-wave mode. And based on the Power System Simulation Blocksets (SimPowerSystems) of Matlab6.5, it constitutes a simulation model of this SEPIC converter making use of the advantages of the blocksets in simulating non-linear、rigid and uncontinuous systems and being fitted for simulating circuits which contain switch devices. Through simulating integrating Matlab/Simulink software, simulation results confirm that this converter performs in zero-current soft switching and its performance is improved which is the same as the analysis results.
