摘要 氟中毒时是否有细胞凋亡的存在 ,国内外近年来进行了大量研究。综述显示氟化物可以诱导细胞凋亡 ,其主要通过 G-蛋白、自由基发挥作用 ,尤其是自由基发挥了关键性的作用。但氟化物诱导细胞凋亡的信号转导通路 ,目前还不十分明了 。 Recent data indicate that fluoride induce apoptosis in vitro and in vivo. However, little is known about the molecular mechanisms of how fluoride induces apoptosis. This review focuses on this area of fluoride apoptosis research and describes the possible molecular mechanisms in which involving G protein and free radicals, especially the latter plays the crucial role.
