新型抗病毒药物西多福韦和阿德福韦的药代动力学 被引量：6

摘要 西多福韦和阿德福韦是新型的抗病毒药物 ,其细胞内双磷酸化产物是病毒DNA聚合酶的抑制剂。西多福韦对包括疱疹病毒、刺瘤病毒和痘病毒在内的多种病毒具有广谱抑制作用 ;阿德福韦对逆转录酶病毒和一些DNA病毒 (包括疱疹病毒和嗜肝DNA病毒 )具有潜在的抗病毒活性。本文对这两种药物的药代动力学特性进行了综述 ,并简单介绍了阿德福韦的口服前药阿德福韦二吡呋酯的疗效。
