摘要
采用熔融法制样 ,用标准样品制作工作曲线 ,对分析结果进行稀释率的校正 ,X射线荧光光谱法分析石灰石、白云石、白灰、轻烧白云石中SiO2 ,CaO ,MgO ,Fe2 O3,Al2 O3,P2 O5的含量。测定结果与化学法相符 ,CaO ,MgO ,SiO2 的相对标准偏差分别为 0 2 1% ,0 43 % ,0 94%。
A new method for determining SiO 2,CaO,MgO,Fe 2O 3,Al 2O 3,and P 2O 5 in limestone and dolomite samples was studied by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. In this method, the samples were made by fusion, and the working curves were made using standard samples. By the correction of dilution rate, the analytical results of the samples were comparable with those of chemical analysis. The precision and accuracy of the method could meet the demand for analytical quality.
