摘要
目的 动态观察病程 12w和 2 4wSTZ糖尿病大鼠心肌超微结构的病理变化。方法 制备STZ糖尿病大鼠动物模型 ,分别于 12w及 2 4w ,取左室心肌组织行透射电镜观察。结果 病程 12w时大鼠心肌肌原纤维灶性溶解 ,线粒体肿胀变性 ,间质纤维增生 ,2 4w时肌原纤维丧失明显 ,微血管内皮细胞肿胀 ,基底膜节段性明显增厚。
Objective To observe the pathogenic changes of myocardial ultrastructure in STZ diabetic rats dynamically.Methods Animal models of STZ-diabetic rats were made and killed at 12 weeks and 24 weeks,their left myocardium were studied by electronic microscope.Results Myocardium hypertrophy,a focal loss,disorganization of myofibril,mitochondril swelling,and lysis of cistae were observed at 12 weeks and were more severel in 24 weeks.Conclusions The changes of myocardial ultrastrcture play important role at mechenism of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
