摘要
根据无刷直流电动机的特性,讨论了数字PID控制系统的设计原理和实现方法。并以电梯拖动系统为例,设计了一个以自适应数字PID为基本调节单元的无刷直流电机控制系统,给出了仿真曲线。结果表明,数字PID算法和模拟算法相比,具有控制灵活、精度高、易于高度集成化等优点。
The design principle and realization method of the digital PID control system are discussed according to the characteristic of DC brushless motor. Taking the elevator system as a example, the DC brushless motor control system, based on the digital adaptive PID adjusting is given, and the experimental curve is presented. Results show that the digital PID arithmetic is flexible, high precision and easy integration compared with analog arithmetic.
