超微细氧化剂对改善固体推进剂燃烧性能的作用 被引量:8

摘要 通过对40篇文献的分析,综述了超细、微细高氯酸铵(AP)、硝胺(RDX,HMX)对提高AP-复合推进剂、硝胺-复合推进剂及AP/硝胺复合改性双基推进剂燃烧性能所起的作用。论述了超细AP,多孔AP明显提高燃速及微细硝胺消除燃速-压力曲线拐点的作用,并以数据图表说明了超细,微细AP、硝胺推进剂在高效燃速催化剂、聚叠氮含能粘合剂等有利条件的协同作用下获得很高燃速和比冲的事例。 Based on survey of about 40 literatures, this paper discusses the effect of fine-and superfine-grain ammonium perchloratc (AP) and ni-tramincs (RDX, HMX) on the improvement of burning performance of AP-composite propellants, nitramine-composite propellants and AP/nitramine-composite modified double-base propellants,The effect of superfine-grain and porous AP on improvement of burning performance and the effect of fine-grain nitramines on elimination of the inflexion point at the curve of burning rate-pressure are also discussed. Experimental date show that the high burning rate and high specific impulse can be achieved by using the fine-grain or superfine-grain AP propellants and nitramine propellants under the energetic condition of high effective catalyses of burning rate, polyazinc bender etc.
