摘要
针对部分特殊积液条件气井的特点 ,在泡沫排液实践中 ,研究提出并试验成功了积液停产气井泡沫排液诱喷复产工艺。该工艺利用自然积液停产气井关井后往往具有一定的井口余压 ,井筒有一定的储容气量 ,开井放喷初期 ,井筒有短时气流量的特点 ,采用液态发泡剂油套同注方式 ,解决了初始发泡需气流扰动 ,维持排液需发泡剂及时补充的停产气井泡沫排液诱喷施工工艺问题 ,试验和推广应用均取得了良好效果。文中在阐述泡排诱喷复产工艺原理的基础上 ,结合现场试验和推广应用经验总结 ,对泡排诱喷工艺的选井条件、设计及施工工艺方法进行了详细的论述和介绍 。
Foam displacement is a new effective technique of drainage gas recovery,it is usually used for auxiliary water displacemant and keep gas production in gas wells.For the features in some special watered gas well,the technology of gas re-production of foam displacement has been investigated and tested in watered gas wells,and has been successful in application in gas field.After some tests and improvement,good results have been achieved in widely use.This pater,on the basis of study on principle of re-production of foam displacement,introduced the selection of watered gas well,proposed program and technique methods of operation,and showed the actual key technology in operation.
