男性青年下肢形态与Wingate无氧功率的关系初探 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨男性青年下肢形态与Wingate无氧功率的关系。方法 :19~ 2 1岁男性青少年2 5名 ,依据是否从事规律的运动训练 ,分为运动员组和非运动员组。采用超声法测量小腿三头肌及其肌腱 ,常规方法测量其它形态学指标 ,Wingate法测量下肢无氧功率。结果 :运动员组与非运动员组在大腿围、小腿围、小腿长、腓肠肌长、比目鱼肌长、跟腱长等下肢形态学指标上具有显著性差异 ,在平均功率 /kg体重上也有显著差异 ;运动员组下肢肌肉形态学指标与下肢无氧功率存在有不同程度的相关 ,其中下肢长、跟腱长、腓肠肌腱长 /小腿长与下肢无氧功存在正相关 ,腓肠肌长及腓肠肌长
