师范院校来华留学研究生教育发展现状及其改善——基于2004~2012年师范院校来华留学生数据分析 被引量:7

摘要 通过对师范院校来华留学研究生的统计分析,可以看出近年来师范院校来华留学研究生教育发展迅猛,取得较好的成绩。但是,从整体而言,还存在认识有误区、管理不完善、特色不鲜明、宣传不到位等问题。师范院校应更新办学理念、制定科学的国际化发展战略;彰显办学特色、充分发挥学科优势;完善管理体制、提高来华留学研究生教育的质量;主动宣传、扩大来华留学研究生教育的规模。 According to the analysis on the International students’ education of China’s Normal Universities, though great achievements have been made in the development of international postgraduates ’ education in recent years, there are still some defects such as Normal Universities ’ mistaken acquaintances about international postgraduates’ education, imperfect management system, inconspicuous characteristics, unsatisfactory propagation, etc. In order to enhance the students ’ job quality and ensure further healthy development, Normal Universities should take measures as follows: refresh ideas and formulate scientific internationalization strategies, make good use of educational characteristics and advantageous subjects, perfect management system to enhance quality and strengthen the efficiency of propagation to attract more foreign students.
