摘要
山西焦化集团公司的多台换热器在短时间内相继失效的事例说明,316L不锈钢卷板换热器在有 Cl-存在的工艺条件下运行,存在着严重的应力腐蚀危险,特别是存在设计和制造缺陷时更为明显。改进工 艺、防止局部过热和Cl-聚集发生以及选用双相不锈钢材质可使问题得到解决。
The failures of a number of heat exchangers in Shanxi Coking Group Company within a short period of time indicates that the 316L stainless steel heat exchangers are subject to the risk of severe stress corrosion when they are operating in the service where Cl- is present. The stress corrosion is more significant if there are engineering and fabrication defects. Improvement of process conditions, prevention of local overheating and build - up of Cl- and selection of duplex steel can solve the problem.
